I expect to revise the Study Guide for the National Counselor Exam and CPCE early in 2025. I would very much appreciate comments, suggestions, feedback from Study Guide users to help guide me for changes to the study material.

There are over 160 comments/reactions to the Study Guide on the Amazon website where my book is sold. The vast majority of those comments are positive. A few Study Guide users indicate that the answers to the two Practice Exams in the book are wrong. I suspect that these commenters used the wrong Answer Key to the practice exam they were scoring.

My anticipated changes for the next version of the Study Guide will focus on the content areas most likely to have changes such as Professional Counseling Orientation and Ethical Practice, Counseling and Helping Relationships, and Social and Cultural Diversity. Most of the other content areas are less susceptible to change such as Assessment and Testing, Research and Program Evaluation and Career Development. And, these areas tend to have fewer questions on the National Counselor Exam (NCE).
